I. IDENTITY AND RESPONSIBLE ADRESS

Grupo Empresarial Angeles S.A.B de C.V. (From now on GEA) located at Camino Sta. Teresa 1055, Heroes de Padierna, Jardines del Pedregal, La Magdalena Contreras, 10700 Mexico City, is responsible for the data handling that could be gathered through the following: (i) directly when the User enters the Personal Data through our website, (ii) directly from our call center, (iii) indirectly when your Personal Data is transferred, whether under supposition of the 37th article of Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de Particulares y su Reglamento (Law) or by having been given consent for it, and (iv) indirectly when information is obtained through public access sources allowed by the Law.

The present Integral Privacy Notice, is put to the Users disposition previous to obtaining their Personal Data, in strict adherence to the principles of information, legality, consent, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility contemplated in the Law.

II. WHAT Personal Data DO WE OBTAIN?

To meet the purposes outlined in the present Integral Privacy Notice, the responsible party may solicit the following data:

  • Full name.
  • Phone number and/or Cellphone number.
  • E-mail.

In case we contact the user via social media, we would gather data from their public social media to attend their petitions and/or requests for information regarding the services we offer via our four brands; Hospital Angeles Health System, Camino Real Hoteles, Banco Multiva and Grupo Imagen.

III. FOR WHAT ENDS WILL WE USE THE PERSONAL DATA?

The Personal Data we gather will be used by the responsible party for the following primary purposes that are necessary to lend the services requested to the responsible party:

  1. To bring general information of our company to:

    • General public interested in getting to know better our brands and organization.
    • Media interested in the activities the company carries out and to be in touch with those mentioned, to address them on the organization’s issues.
    • Analysts, investors, financial organisms and general public.
  2. The reception and attention of complaints and reports related to violations to the Code of Ethics by collaborators, and also to report failures in customer and supplier service.

  3. Issue and reception of electronic invoices.

  4. Information and contact about the making of social and corporate events.

  5. Verifying the identity of users.

IV. WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION AND FOR WHAT ENDS?

The responsible party can transfer your Personal Data to third parties without the need to get your consent, in the established cases in the 37th article of the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de Particulares.

V. HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE YOUR ARCO RIGHTS AND/OR REVOKE YOUR CONSENT?

In any given moment, YOU or your duly accredited legal representative, can excreta exercise any of your Access, Rectification, Cancelation or Opposition rights (henceforth “ARCO rights”), as well as Revoke your consent for the handling your Personal Data.

To exercise your previously mentioned rights, you shall send your request to our Information Privacy Department at contacto.gea@grupoempresarialangeles.com.mx

In the e-mail you shall specify if you wish to exercise any of your ARCO rights or to Revoke your consent and specify that your request is for Grupo Empresarial Angeles S.A de C.V.®, once we receive your request, we will send your way the Request for Attention to the ARCO Requirements Format and its procedure, or, the Revocation of Consent Format and its procedure, wether be the case.

The request for exercise of the Users rights shall contain the following: (i) Users full name, (ii) address and e-mail address to notify the answer of the request, (iii) a clear and precise description of the data which they wish to exercise the corresponding right, (iv) the object of the request, (v) any element elemento that facilitates locating the data, and shall enclose a copy of identification, and in due case the document with which the legal representation is accredited.

The answer period will be of 20 business days counted from the day the corresponding access, ratification, cancelation and opposition request was received. The answer will be communicated during the aforementioned period to the e-mail provided in the request or sending a letter to the provided address in the same. Once received said notification, the responsible party will have a 15 business day period to make ir efectiva in case of proceeding.

The responsible party can deny access to Personal Data or to realize the ratification, cancelation or to concede the opposition to the handling of said data, in the following cases:

  1. When the solicitor is not the User or the legal representation of the aforementioned is not duly accredited.

  2. When the Personal Data is not found in the database of the responsible party.

  3. When a third party’s rights are affected.

  4. When there exists a legal impediment or a competent authority’s resolution which restricts the access to the Personal Data or doesn’t allow the rectification, cancelation or opposition of the same.

  5. When the access, rectification, cancelation or opposition have been performed.

VI. INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE TRANSPARENCIA, ACCESO A LA INFORMACIÓN Y PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS PERSONALES (THE “INAI”)

In case the User consideres their right to Personal Data protection has been affected by the incorrect handling of the same by the responsible parties and/or the people in charge, they can lodge a corresponding complaint or claim before the INAI, check the website inai.org.mx for more information.

VII. THE USE OF TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES IN OUR WEBSITE
